Billing, Subscription and Refund Requests

To help us locate a purchase, include:

• The email address used for your OG Image AI account and checkout.
• The charge date, amount, and currency.
• The Creem order or transaction reference shown on your receipt.
• A short description of the issue and the resolution you are requesting.

Do not send your password, a full payment-card number, security code, identity document, or unrelated sensitive information. Subscription management and cancellation are also available from your account's Billing settings and the Creem Customer Portal where provided.

Product and Account Help

For generation or account issues, include the approximate time of the request, the page or feature involved, and the task or order reference if one is visible. Do not email confidential prompts, reference images, or generated results unless they are necessary for us to investigate and you have the right to share them.

Safety and Abuse Reports

Use the same address to report suspected violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. Explain what happened and provide the minimum information needed to identify the content or account.
