Refund Policy

Requesting a Refund

Creem is the merchant of record for OG Image AI credit packs and subscriptions. To request a refund, email support@starterpackai.com with the account email, charge date, amount, currency, and Creem order or transaction reference. Do not send a full payment-card number or other sensitive financial information.

We acknowledge billing and refund requests within three business days. This acknowledgement is not a promise that a refund will be approved or completed within that period.

We review requests against the corresponding Creem order, the use of the purchased credits, the reason for the request, and applicable law. Approval is not automatic, and this policy does not promise a fixed refund window. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the effective date shown by Creem. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that has already completed. If a refund is approved, credits associated with the refunded order may be removed or invalidated.

Unexpected or Unauthorized Charges

Report an unexpected charge to support@starterpackai.com promptly. We will review the Creem transaction and explain the available next step. You may also have rights through Creem, your payment provider, or your bank.
