Acceptance

By using OG Image AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

OG Image AI provides a browser-based design workbench and paid text-to-image and image-to-image generation through its AI image generator. Browser-based editing and local export may be available without charge. Paid generation uses credits: each successfully generated image costs 5 credits.

Independent AI Service

OG Image AI is an independent service that provides a custom interface and product workflow over third-party image-generation models and infrastructure. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying model or infrastructure providers. Providers may change as we maintain the service, but the prices, limits, and capabilities presented in OG Image AI apply to your use of this product.

Local Editor Data

The editor stores its draft, template settings and local uploads in your browser. Local uploads are used to render previews and exports and are not uploaded to our server by the editor. You are responsible for keeping copies of work you need; resetting the editor or clearing browser data may permanently remove local drafts.

The optional URL inspector sends the public HTTP or HTTPS URL you enter to our server so that it can retrieve public page metadata. Do not submit private, confidential or access-restricted URLs. Additional details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Generated Images and User Content

You retain ownership of text, logos, images, and other content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload, edit, export, and use that content.

Images you generate may be used by you for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

Prohibited Use

You may not use OG Image AI to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Bypass rate limits, access restrictions or security controls.
• Generate or distribute deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Generate NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
• Create face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, impersonation, or non-consensual likeness content.
• Create sexualized content involving minors, people who appear to be minors, or age-ambiguous people.

Prompts submitted for paid AI image generation are screened through Creem's prompt-moderation service before they are sent to the image model. A prompt that Creem marks deny or flag is blocked. If moderation is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked.

Credits, Purchases and Subscriptions

Current prices, included credits, validity periods, and estimated image counts are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Image counts are calculated at 5 credits per successful image. A failed or blocked generation is not a successful image generation.

One-time credit packs expire on the date shown at purchase. Subscription credits are issued for the applicable billing period and expire at the end of that period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless the Pricing page expressly says otherwise.

Creem acts as the merchant of record and processes checkout, tax, payment, subscription, and refund information. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can request cancellation from the billing settings made available through Creem; the effective cancellation date is shown in the billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not by itself refund a completed charge.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable law, and the corresponding Creem order. We do not promise a fixed refund window.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain the product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Image AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
