Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not create, upload, request, distribute, or attempt to facilitate through OG Image AI. It applies to the browser-based editor, URL inspection tools, account features, uploads, prompts, reference images, and AI-generated results.

Sexual and Exploitative Content

You may not use OG Image AI to create or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Sexualized content involving a minor, a person who appears to be a minor, or an age-ambiguous person.
• Exploitative, non-consensual, intimate, or voyeuristic content.
• Content that sexualizes a real person without that person's clear consent.

Deception, Identity, and Personal Harm

You may not use OG Image AI for face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content or services. You may not impersonate another person, fabricate evidence, misrepresent a real event, create non-consensual likenesses, or produce content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, shame, or harm a person or group.

Illegal, Dangerous, and Abusive Use

You may not use OG Image AI to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or binding third-party restriction.
• Promote or facilitate violence, self-harm, abuse, trafficking, terrorism, illegal drugs, weapons misuse, fraud, scams, phishing, or other criminal activity.
• Create hateful or dehumanizing content targeting a protected person or group.
• Circumvent safety controls, rate limits, authentication, access controls, or other safeguards.
• Introduce malware, scrape or systematically extract from the service, probe for vulnerabilities, disrupt availability, or misuse another person's account.
• Use the service or its outputs to train, distil, or replicate a competing model or service without written permission.
• Present AI-generated content as individualized medical, legal, or financial advice from a qualified professional.

Rights, Privacy, and Uploaded Material

Only upload or submit text, logos, images, URLs, and other material that you have the legal right and permission to use. Do not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other third-party rights. Do not submit private, confidential, or access-restricted URLs to the public URL inspector.

Safety Controls and Responsibility

We may use automated and manual controls to detect or block suspected prohibited use. These controls are not a guarantee that every request or result is reviewed, and they do not give permission to attempt prohibited use. You remain responsible for prompts, reference images, generated results, and how you use or distribute them.

Enforcement

We may block a request, remove access, suspend or close an account, preserve relevant records, reverse related credits, or report conduct where required by law. We may update these rules as the product, applicable law, or provider requirements change.

Reporting and Support

Report suspected abuse or ask a policy question at support@starterpackai.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, request, or result, but do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
