Terms of service for OG Image AI

Acceptance

By using OG Image AI, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

OG Image AI provides a browser-based design workbench and paid text-to-image and image-to-image generation. Browser-based editing and local export may be available without charge. Paid generation uses credits: each successfully generated image costs 5 credits.

Independent AI Service and Active Model

OG Image AI is an independent service that provides its own interface and workflow over third-party generation infrastructure. Image-generation requests are processed through KIE.ai. The active underlying model name and configured ID are published under AI model and service source on our About page. We may change the configured model as we maintain the service, and we will update that disclosure when it changes.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by KIE.ai or the underlying model providers. The prices, limits, and capabilities presented by OG Image AI apply to your use of this product.

Local Editor Data

The editor stores its draft, template settings, and local uploads in your browser. Local uploads are used to render previews and exports and are not uploaded to our server by the editor. You are responsible for keeping copies of work you need; resetting the editor or clearing browser data may permanently remove local drafts.

The optional URL inspector sends the public HTTP or HTTPS URL you enter to our server so that it can retrieve public page metadata. Do not submit private, confidential, or access-restricted URLs. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Generated Images and User Content

You retain ownership of text, logos, images, and other content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload, edit, export, and use that content.

Images you generate may be used for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, the rights of others, and applicable law. Generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content produced for another user; review each result before relying on or publishing it.

Prohibited Use

You may not use OG Image AI to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Upload content you do not have permission to use.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or security controls.
  • Generate or distribute deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Generate NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
  • Create face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, impersonation, or non-consensual likeness content.
  • Create sexualized content involving minors, people who appear to be minors, or age-ambiguous people.

Additional restrictions and enforcement rules are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Current prices, included credits, validity periods, and estimated image counts are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Image counts are calculated at 5 credits per successful image. A failed generation is not a successful image generation.

One-time credit packs expire on the date shown at purchase. Subscription credits are issued for the applicable billing period and expire at the end of that period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless the Pricing page expressly says otherwise.

Waffo Pancake processes checkout, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, subscription, and refund information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. By starting a monthly subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel.

Prices shown by OG Image AI are pre-tax base prices unless stated otherwise. Waffo Pancake may calculate and add applicable tax at checkout. Review the tax-inclusive final total shown by Waffo before confirming payment. We reconcile the selected product price against the verified pre-tax subtotal and record the verified tax-inclusive transaction amount for billing, refunds, and transaction support.

You can cancel online from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Once cancellation is confirmed as pending, the subscription will not renew and paid access continues through the end of the current paid period shown in Billing. Cancellation does not by itself refund a completed charge. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Settings → Profile after completing the confirmation shown there. A subscription that is still renewing must be canceled first. Account deletion does not automatically refund a completed charge, and records required for payment support, accounting, dispute handling, or abuse prevention may remain where necessary.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain the product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Image AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
