Privacy Policy
Introduction
OG Image AI provides a browser-based workbench for creating Open Graph images and social-media headers, together with a credit-based AI image generation service. This Privacy Policy explains the information the current product handles and the choices available to you.
Editor Data Stored in Your Browser
The text, template settings, and uploaded images you add to the editor remain in your browser. The workbench saves its local draft in your browser's localStorage so that you can continue editing after a refresh. Local uploads are used to render your preview and export; they are not uploaded to our server by the editor.
You can remove the current editor data by using Reset all or by clearing this website's stored data through your browser settings. Removing local browser data may permanently delete drafts that you have not saved elsewhere.
URL Inspector
The optional URL inspector sends the public HTTP or HTTPS URL you enter to our server. The server retrieves that public page to extract usable title, description, site-name, social-image, and favicon metadata. It does not modify the inspected website, sign in to it, or access private-network addresses.
Inspected metadata may be held in an in-memory cache for a maximum of 60 seconds to reduce duplicate requests. Cached records are actively evicted when they expire and are not used as a persistent page archive. Our server also processes the requesting IP address to enforce abuse protection and rate limits for the inspector.
Account, Service, and Technical Information
If you create an account or use paid features, we process information needed to operate the service: your name, email address, profile image, account and authentication identifiers, session details, order and subscription records, credit balances, transaction references, and support messages. Hosting and security systems may process ordinary request information such as timestamps, requested paths, browser or device details, IP addresses, and error diagnostics.
For AI generation, we process your prompt, selected generation settings, active model identifier, reference images or image URLs, task status, generated result URLs, and error information. Reference images submitted to the AI generator may be uploaded to configured object storage so the generation service can access them.
We use this information to authenticate users, provide generation and account features, fulfil purchases, maintain credits, respond to support requests, investigate failures, secure the service, and prevent abuse.
Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. Limited information is processed by providers that help us operate the product, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
- Waffo Pancake processes checkout, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, subscription, and refund information. We receive transaction references and signed subtotal, tax, and total information needed to reconcile orders and refunds, but we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- KIE.ai processes AI prompts, selected settings, and reference images or image URLs to run the configured model shown on the AI Image Generator page and return the generated result.
- Authentication providers such as Google or GitHub process information when you choose their sign-in option.
- Hosting, database, security, and object-storage infrastructure processes the information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Do not submit confidential material or personal data that is not necessary for generation, and only submit reference images you have the right to use.
Data Retention and Your Choices
The URL inspector cache expires after no more than 60 seconds. Local editor drafts remain in localStorage until you reset them, clear site data, or your browser removes them. Account, AI task, order, subscription, credit, support, and operational records are retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain transaction integrity, and prevent abuse.
You can choose not to use the URL inspector and enter all metadata manually. You can also disable local storage for this site, although draft persistence may no longer work.
Your Data Rights
You may ask to access the personal data associated with your account, correct inaccurate data, receive a copy of data we can reasonably provide, or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal, accounting, security, dispute, or abuse-prevention purposes.
You can update available account details and start self-service account deletion from Settings → Profile. You can also send a request from your account email address to support@starterpackai.com. Please describe the right you want to exercise; we may need to verify that the account belongs to you. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. If more time is reasonably required, we will tell you why and provide an updated timeline.
Deleting an account removes access and linked authentication sessions. Some transaction or support records may remain where necessary for the purposes described above. Local editor drafts stored in your browser must be cleared from that browser separately.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the information handled by the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
