Metadata review FAQ

Questions about the manual workflow

Where to inspect page data, how to protect private content, and how to validate the image yourself.

Where can I find the page metadata?

Open View Source or DevTools, or inspect the relevant fields in your CMS. This site does not receive the page URL.

How should I handle a private page?

Inspect only pages you are authorized to view, using your own browser or CMS so private data remains under your control.

How do I validate the image URL?

Open the image URL in a browser or DevTools to check the response, dimensions, crop, and safe areas.
